Frontend Engineer

We're a small team building AI systems that actually ship — support agents, search, fraud scoring, computer vision, voice, for fintech, e-commerce and retail clients. The design system and the patterns already exist. What we need is someone who can pick up a screen or a feature and just build it — correctly, without three rounds of "wait, what did you mean by this component."

This isn't a role where you're inventing the visual language. It's a role where you make it real, fast, and without cutting corners. If you'd rather redesign the button component than ship the feature that uses it, this isn't for you.

• Turn designs and specs into working screens — React on the frontend
• Build and maintain UI inside our existing design system, not around it
• Ship features end-to-end: routing, state, API calls, edge cases — not just the happy path
• Fix bugs without needing a guided tour of the codebase first
• Keep code readable for the next person, including future you

• 2-4 years of hands-on production experience with React (or a comparable modern framework)
• Strong HTML/CSS — you can implement a design pixel-close without needing every spacing value spelled out for you
• Comfortable working inside an existing codebase and design system rather than starting from a blank page
• Git, in your sleep
• You ship — straightforward work doesn't need three rounds of approval to move forward

• Experience with a lightweight, no-bundler React setup (compiled JSX, no webpack/vite pipeline)
• Enough backend literacy to read a Django template without flinching
• Experience with SEO-sensitive pages — meta tags, structured data, prerendering

• Remote-first
• Real production work — code that ships to real users, not a demo that dies in a Figma file
